1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
- We ship to customers in the Benelux, Germany, and France, with plans to expand internationally.
- Orders are processed within 1 business days and shipped via our third-party logistics partner.
- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are displayed at
checkout.
- Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping fees depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. See checkout for details.
- International customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes, which vary by country.
3. RISK AND LIABILITY
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery for consumer orders (B2C).
- For business orders (B2B), risk transfers upon handover to the shipping carrier.
- Gray Steel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen
circumstances.
4. RETURNS POLICY
- Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by improper handling.
