2. SCOPE
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the
webshop of Gray Steel,
both with consumers and businesses, in the Benelux, Germany, France, and other countries where
shipping is available.

3. OFFERS AND AGREEMENTS
All offers on the webshop are non-binding and subject to change. An agreement is concluded when
an order is confirmed by Gray Steel via email.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT for consumers and are shown excluding VAT for business customers unless
otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using the available payment methods. Gray Steel reserves the right to
reject or cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped via a third-party logistics partner on behalf of Gray Steel.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in case of delay. For
full details, please refer to our separate Shipping & Returns page.

6. TRANSFER OF RISK AND SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers. For consumer purchases (B2C), the risk of damage or
loss transfers to the customer at the moment the goods are delivered to the shipping address
provided.
For business purchases (B2B), the risk transfers to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the
carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Gray Steel ensures careful packaging and timely dispatch but cannot be held liable for delays or
damages caused by the carrier after the point of transfer.
Any issues related to damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 5 business days of the
expected or actual delivery date.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS ONLY)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product,
without providing any reason.
After notifying withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product. Return shipping
costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise specified.

8. WARRANTY
Products sold by Gray Steel are covered by statutory warranty regulations in accordance with
European consumer law.
Business purchases are excluded from consumer warranty rights unless agreed otherwise.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Gray Steel is a registered trademark. The Gray Steel X7 Helmet & Gear Wall Mount (C) is protected
by registered design rights and patents owned by Gray Steel.
All rights are reserved and enforceable under national and international intellectual property laws
and treaties.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, sale, or distribution of the product, its design, or
associated trademarks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
This includes counterfeit products or unlicensed use of Gray Steel's images, branding, product
descriptions, and website content.
Gray Steel reserves the right to take legal action in any relevant jurisdiction to enforce its rights and
to protect its brand, designs, and reputation.
Authorised resellers may only use the Gray Steel brand and visual assets in accordance with official
brand guidelines and with prior written permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted
to the competent court in the Netherlands,
unless mandatory legal provisions prescribe otherwise.
